I’ve achieved big things in my own journey, but nothing compares to the fulfilment I get from helping people I care about build confidence, strength, and balance in their life.

There was a time I hated how I looked, hated how I felt. I was over 100 kilos in high school, stuck in my own head, no confidence, and barely any self-esteem. I thought changing my body would fix everything.

So I pushed hard. Marathons, triathlons, extreme diets. Those challenges shaped me. They gave me belief, discipline, something to hold onto. I’m proud of all of it. But they didn’t fix everything either.

Eventually, I realised I didn’t need to train to extremes. I didn’t need to have that all-or-nothing mindset. What actually worked was balance. Simplicity. Sustainability.

That’s where Trainquil came from.

I know what it’s like to chase quick fixes, hoping that change will come fast and everything will finally fall into place. But what really matters is building a life that actually feels better, not just for a moment, but for the long run (pun intended).

Now I help others start their own journey toward a Trainquil lifestyle. Not through extremes or unrealistic routines, but with something that actually fits. Trainquil isn’t the end of my journey. It’s part of it. And if it can be part of yours too.
